Year 7 Parent Compass Workshop

YEAR 7 PARENT COMPASS WORKSHOP – THURSDAY 9^TH MAY 7PM

On Thursday 9^th May the college will be running a Compass information session for parents of Year 7 students. The session will be held in the FLC at 7pm. The session will cover the following information:

1. How to log in to Compass and navigate Compass Dashboard.
2. How to check Notifications from the school (including important information regarding pupil free days, immunisations, upcoming events etc.).
3. How to check my child’s attendance & provide attendance information for absence.
4. How to check my Child’s Learning Task results, including due dates and overdue work.
5. How to view my child’s reports (progress reports and end of semester academic reports).
6. How to provide consent and pay for incursions/excursions.
7. How to send emails to my child’s teachers.
8. How to access Compass on my phone.

Year 7 students will be receiving a notice during Homegroup on Wednesday 8^th May. If you are interested in attending this session, can you please complete the return slip provided on this notice and ask your child to return it to their Homegroup Folder or the General Office by Tuesday 7^th May. Alternatively, you can register you interest by calling the General Office on 9365 8000.
